What to expectDuration: 4 - 5 hours depending on group Meeting Point: 09:30 at East Brighton Cafe Behind Brighton Marina lies the Sheepcote Valley and East Brighton Nature Reserve, with its fantastic views of Brighton's skyline, the coast, and the sea. Our walk will lead us through the Golf Course to Happy Valley and Mount Pleasure, with its fantastic panoramic views, passing rural sheep, cows and birds on the way. This walk feels very remote, with hardly any people and no artificial noise. We will start the day with some Qi-Gong-inspired movements to begin our hiking tour with a fresh mind before heading for a walk through nature, wide-open grasslands and spectacular panoramic views. We will stop for a beginner-friendly feel-good yoga class and a pick-nick.
