Yoga and Forest Bathing

One Garden Brighton / Stanmer Park

£35 | 4-5 hours

Enjoy wellness and nature in the scenic countryside behind Brighton. We will start at Brighton's most beautiful garden before heading into the surrounding woodlands to experience Shinrin-Yoku, or forest bathing. One garden is surrounded by the Southdowns Nationalpark, just a 15-minute drive from Brighton Centre.

One Garden Brighton

We will meet at 10:00 AM at OneGarden, an extensive garden with flower beds, a pond, a café, and toilets. We will start the day with a walk and a beginner-friendly yoga practice either in the woodlands or on a scenic hill. If the weather isn't perfect, we can move inside to a cozy studio and turn the event into an indoor-outdoor experience.

Forest bathing?

The term shinrin-yoku means "taking in the forest atmosphere". It is as simple as walking through nature and connecting with what's around you. The practice is proven to reduce stress, improve memory and offer calm and peaceful clarity.
