Yoga, Forest Bathing & Foraging / Stonerock Farm (October 13)

Timeline

We will meet at 10:00 AM and start the day with some refreshment and a nature walk before settling down for a beginner-friendly yoga practice with incredible views.  We will also walk into the ancient woodlands to experience Forest Bathing. It is very likely that deer will walk by and finish the day with a BBQ around the Campfire. The retreat takes place in over 100 acres of privately owned fields and woodlands. 

Yoga with a view

The yoga practice is beginner-friendly and suitable for all levels. It will be a feel-good flow, stretching out any stiffness throughout the body and oiling the joints.

Forest Bathing

The  term shinrin-yoku means "taking in the forest atmosphere". It is as simple as walking through nature and connecting with what's around you.  The practice is proven to reduce stress, improve memory and offer calm  and peaceful clarity.

Weather

The weather is usually alright this time of year, but we set up some shelters and change the event to do some other wellness activites in case of showers. Please dress weatherproof and wear good shoes. We will cancel in case of yellow weather warnings, and you will get a full refund.
