Yoga & Forest Bathing

Come along to a day in nature with yoga, forest bathing and foraging. Stonerocks Farm is a family-owned estate in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with breathtaking views and abundant wildlife, including a herd of deer.

Foraging & Exploration

We will talk about edible and medicinal plants commonly found in the countryside, focusing only on plants and herbs that are easy to identify and aren't endangered. We also planted a wildflower/herb garden around the yoga tent and will bring some jams and teas for you to taste.

Yogatent & Fireplace

We set up a super cosy yoga tent to make the event weatherproof. There is also a fireplace, sitting areas and toilets. Our retreats are seasonal, with bluebell fields in spring, wildflowers and butterflies in Summer, and mushroom walks in Autumn. Please sign up to our Newsletter for updates.

What about the weather

The weather is usually fine; we have a yoga tent, shelters and spare waterproofs. You will be surprised how enjoyable the event is, even with some summer rain. We will cancel in case of yellow weather warnings or high winds.

You can finish your day at Bolney Estate, one of the most beautiful English Vineyards. The walk from Stonerocks Farm to the Vineyard takes about 30 minutes, 4 minutes by car.
