About the Event
Yoga & Soundbath Evening at the EarthShip Brighton
Join us for a nourishing evening of movement, rest, and reconnection at the unique EarthShip Brighton — a peaceful, off-grid space surrounded by nature in Stanmer Park.
We’ll begin the evening with a Yang to Yin yoga session, suitable for all levels. Starting with gentle energising movement to awaken the body, the practice gradually slows into long-held stretches and deep relaxation, helping you unwind and ground.
As the yoga winds down, you’ll be invited to settle into stillness for a deeply restorative sound bath. Georgeana will guide you on a soothing journey with Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs and gentle percussion — creating a calming soundscape to ease the nervous system and invite inner calm. If the weather is nice, we may hold part of the session outdoors, surrounded by birdsong and trees. Otherwise, we’ll be cosy inside the EarthShip.
