About the Event
Timeline
We will meet at 10:00 AM and start the day with a nature walk before settling down for a beginner-friendly yoga practice with incredible views. We will also walk into the ancient woodlands to experience Forest Bathing. It is very likely that deer will walk by.
Yoga with a view
The yoga practice is beginner-friendly and suitable for all levels. It will be a feel-good flow, stretching out any stiffness throughout the body and oiling the joints.
Forest Bathing
The term shinrin-yoku means "taking in the forest atmosphere". It is as simple as walking through nature and connecting with what's around you. The practice is proven to reduce stress, improve memory and offer calm and peaceful clarity.
