Join us for a Seaside Sauna and an optional Sea Dip in Lancing! Relax, rejuvenate, and connect with like-minded outdoor enthusiasts. The price is £15 so we can still book the whole sauna even if we get less then 8 people. If we get 8 / we can add the salt scrub, essential oils and the whisk.

About the Event

Join us for a relaxing evening in the Seaside Sauna in Lancing. This event is exclusive for members of the Brighton Outdoor Activity Group. 

Relaxe in the Sauna, Swimm in the Sea and enjoy a cold water plunge as well.

  • Seaside Sauna: Feel the warmth of the sauna soothe your muscles, detox your body, and melt away stress, all while enjoying the coastal atmosphere.
  • Optional Sea Dip: Take the plunge into the invigorating sea after your sauna session – great for boosting circulation and refreshing the body.
  • Meet the BOA Community: Connect with other members of the Brighton Outdoor Activity group.  It’s a great opportunity to meet new friends and enjoy a day of relaxation together.
