About the Event Come and join us on our guided hiking and yoga break in the South  Downs. Explore stunning views and fresh air. Experience the wide  landscapes while making new friends. A true break for body and mind with a beginner friendly yoga warm down at Bramber Castle!Â
WHAT TO EXPECT?
In a nutshell:
This is a moderate hike with a gentle yoga warm down!
- Explore the South Downs with a friendly group.
- Enjoy a little picnic with a breathtaking view
- Walking along the River
- Warm down with gentle deep stretch yoga at Bramber Castle

Itinerary
- Explore the South Downs with a friendly group.
- Have a little picnic with a breathtaking few
- Move without a goal or intention - take a deep breath in the countryside
- Lovely walk along the river Adur
- Arrive at Bramber Castle for a beginner friendly yoga cool down (just what you need now!)
The walk will end at about 2:30 pm at Bramber Castle, where you can hop on the Bus Nr. 2 back to Brighton!
Please wear warm comfortable clothes and good shoes! (Some  layers of clothing, a scarf, and a beany hat!) Bring your own lunch,  water, and maybe a flask of hot tea.
COVID19 Information:
Organized sports events are exempt from the 6 people  restriction. We might still split into 2 groups if it's necessary. In  order for us to keep all of us safe, please adhere strictly to these  rules :
- Please do not come if you have Covid-19 symptoms.
- Physical distancing applies – 2m from others at all times.
- We have a very flexible cancelation policy! If you can't attend, you will get a full refund!
