Timeline
We will meet at 10:00 am at the windmill and start the day with Qi-Gong inspired movements followed by a walk through nature and 90 minutes of yoga.
Yoga with a view
The yoga class is slow but strong and suitable for everybody. We hold each position to get into the fascia for a deep tissue release.
Weather
Surprisingly, the weather is mostly all right, but the retreat will be cancelled if it's very windy and rainy. You will get a full refund!

All You need to know
What to expect
We will start the day with some Qi-Gong inspired movements to clear the mind and then walk through the Beacon Hill Nature Reserve, enjoying nature with its wide-open grasslands and the spectacular panoramic views.
We will do a 90-minute yoga class, that will leave you with a more open and spacious feeling in body and mind followed by another walk back to the windmill.
How to get there?
Take Bus Number 12 to the Windmill.
There is also a car park next to The Windmill. If the car park is full, you should be able to find somewhere to park on the street going up next to the car park.
What to bring?

Minimum one litre of water -
Sun cover (A hat, sunscreen and a shawl or something to cover your shoulders with.) -
Any medication that you need! -
Tissues and hand sanitiser -
A warm jumper in case it gets cold. -
A Yoga matt and any equipment you might want to use. (Let me know if you haven't got a yoga mat as I can provide one!)
What to wear?

Good shoes with a good grip. (No Convers!) -
A beany hat for wind and sun. -
A warm Jumper!
What if it rains?
A little bit of rain should be ok, but if it rains heavily or if it is very windy, we would cancel the event. You will get a full refund if the retreat is cancelled!
What about toilets?
There are no toilets in the South Downs, but many bushes and not many people!
What fitness level is it?
It is a moderate walk, including a few little hills. The yoga class is sufficient for all levels. You need to be fit enough to walk for about 1 hour, and you must be able to walk up a moderate slope!
