Yoga in the Woods

We will meet at the kiosk next to the car park and begin our mini-retreat with a nourishing and beginner-friendly yoga practice between the trees, followed by a gentle walk into the forest and a silent walk back.

Forest Walk?

The forest walk is gentle, slow and on even ground. This part of the forest feels very remote, and there are bluebell fields in spring. Feel free to bring some snacks if you like to stay for a pick-nick afterwards.
