Forest Bathing in Brighton's Woodlands

Discover peace and calmness in the beautiful nature surrounding Brighton and experience 'Shinrin Yoku' – also known as forest bathing. A unique medicine to the hustle and bustle of modern life.

What is Forest Bathing?

The term "Shinrin-Yoku" means taking in the forest atmosphere. It is as simple as walking through nature and connecting with what's around you. The practise reduces stress, improves memory, and offers calm and peaceful clarity. We combine this with Qi-Gong and a beginner-friendly feel-good yoga flow.
