Yoga and Forest Bathing  £28/£20

Come along to Yoga and Forest Bathing at Stanmer Park, one of Brighton's local nature reserves with its beautiful woodlands.

Forest Bathing

Shinrin Yoku means bathing in the atmosphere of the forest. This Japanese method of observing nature whilst breathing deeply is proven to reduce stress and improve memory.

We will meet at 10 am at Stanmer Park and start the day with a walk through the woodland. There is the perfect place for a 90-minute yoga class followed by forest bathing.

Surprisingly, the weather is mostly all right, but of course, we will cancel the event if it's very windy and rainy. You will get a full refund if the event is cancelled.
