Yoga and Forest Bathing  £28/£20

Discover peace and calmness in Brighton's beautiful woodlands and experience 'Shinrin Yoku' – also known as forest bathing. A unique medicine to the hustle and bustle of modern life.

Take a break

We'll start the day with some Qi-Gong inspired movements to clear the mind. Then, we'll stroll through the woods, taking in the sights and sounds of the forest followed by a beginner-friendly session of feel-good yoga flow.

What is Forest Bathing?

The term shinrin-yoku, means "taking in the forest atmosphere". It is as simple as walking through nature and connecting with what's around you. The practice is proven to reduce stress, improve memory and offer a calm and peaceful clarity.

The event is fine even with a bit of summer rain, but we have to cancel the event in case of wind and rain warnings or thunderstorms. You will have the option to rebook or to get a full refund if the event is cancelled.
