What is Forest Bathing?
The term shinrin-yoku, means "taking in the forest atmosphere". It is as simple as walking through nature and connecting with what's around you. The practice is proven to reduce stress, improve memory and offer a calm and peaceful clarity. We combine this with Qi-Gong and a beginner-friendly feel good yoga flow.
