Xenia became a yoga teacher to help people to be more healthy and balanced. Merging elements of Shiatsu and the meridian system into a yoga practice you can get lost in. All classes emphasizing somatic movements and deep tissue releases. Her aim is, that you leave the class with a lighter and more spacious feeling in body and mind!


Vajrasati Yoga

Tammy has been practicing yoga, Buddhism, meditation, and alternative therapies for over two decades and is passionate about sharing the benefits of these practices. Classes will explore classical yoga postures, pranayama, and meditation. Her approach is friendly and playful emphasizing kindly awareness of our bodies. Her intention is that you leave the class feeling lighter in body and mind.
